Terms & Conditions

  • Product once sold cannot be returned. If any product gets damaged during shipping/courier or any concerns, please send us the photographs of the items to ascertain the reason for return within 24 hours of the product delivery. Please email or wats app the images at

  • The photographs will be verified and confirmation will be sent to you via email.
  • You will need to retain the item with all its seals and trappings (boxes, bags, tags, stickers etc.) intact along with the Original Invoice. You can retain a copy of the Invoice for reference and future correspondence. The product has to be returned back to us by courier for replacement.
  • Replacement is subject to availability of the product. Our USP is artistic designs and most of the products are hand painted making every piece single and unique. In such case, you can replace the product with any other product available on our website. Money refunds strictly not available.

Wash Care

  • Please follow all WASH CARE instructions stated for every product as *MOST PRODUCTS ARE HANDPAINTED.

Courier details

  • The courier will be dispatched only once payment is made.
  • Order cannot be cancelled after payment is made.
  • You will receive the courier in 8 to 10 working days once you make the payment. ( in INDIA ) and  20 to 25 days for International courier.

Customised orders

  • Please place the enquiry at info@dayas.in for customised orders.

How to Pay

  • Click on { PLACE  ORDER } below every single product. You have to fill the details in it and we will get back to you within 12 hours with approximate shipping charges as per the weight of the product.
  • Payment through Net Banking only.
